The 9th biannual AARSE conference is open to all colleagues interested in or working in the fields of geo-information science, technologies and applications in Africa.

The conference is an important event not merely for geoinformation sciences, but also for the whole IT community. It is an excellent opportunity for managers, experts, and scientists working in state organisations, commercial companies, research and educational institutes to gain knowledge and exchange experience.

Over 600 participants are expected from various countries involved in the state, regional, municipal planning and management, remote sensing, GIS and cartography, cadastre, environmental science, urban planning.
